Before the puppy
purchase
There are things to think
about before you buy a puppy. You must have time and possibility to
take a puppy. Dogs are herd animals and shall not be left alone more
than 5 hours/day (adult dog). A puppy shall not be left alone before
itīs secure in itīs surroundings, and trained to be alone and still
only in shorter times the first half of year. A scared and uncertain
puppy can grow up to become a nervous and unhappy dog. The little
puppy needs calm and peace, sleep without interruption. When the
puppy is awake it needs to be cuddled, hugged and played with !
For a good dog ownership you
ought to raise the puppy through one or more dog course. A puppy
donīt need any long walks, but an adult dog needs atleast one hour
walk a day.A puppy canīt control itīs urinary bladder, itīs physical
maturity is individual. You canīt stress the puppy and for that
reason itīs importent to take the puppy outdoors after it been fed,
asleep and played with. The first year will be the hardest one, but
if you have put down time and energy on your dog, the reward will
come with a harmonius dog that the family can enjoy and not a dog
with a lot of problems. Good Luck!!!
